I’m a BBQ pitmaster with a deep respect for real Texas barbecue—the kind that takes time, patience, and fire you have to earn. Benny B’s BBQ was founded in 2022 as a family-owned and operated business built on long nights, early mornings, and a whole lot of hardwood smoke.

But the journey started before that.

I fired up my first pit in 2020, and I never looked back. What began as curiosity quickly turned into an obsession—the slow burn, the discipline, and the respect for the process. Barbecue taught me something early on: great things aren’t rushed. They’re crafted with intention, sweat, and heart.

At Benny B’s BBQ, everything we make is cooked low and slow the right way—no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just quality meat, real wood, and time. Every cook is about refining the craft: how the fire is built, how the meat is handled, and how smoke and patience are allowed to do their work. My goal has always been simple but relentless—to honor Texas barbecue tradition and become one of the best by never cutting corners.

What started in the backyard has grown into serving bold, honest flavors across the Lone Star State through our food truck, pop-ups, and full-service catering. From weddings and corporate events to backyard gatherings and late-night food truck stops, we bring the same care to every plate we serve.

We’re a family-run operation, hands-on at every step—from tending the pit to serving our guests. Born and raised in North Texas, I’m rooted in tradition and driven by the future. I’m blessed with a beautiful wife and two kids who remind me every day why I do this and why it matters.
