    Select a 1‑meat, 2‑meat, or 3‑meat plate for your guests. Each plate comes with two sides.

    Choose from our lineup of pit‑smoked meats and made‑from‑scratch sides.

  3. We Handle the Rest
    We prepare everything fresh and provide plates, utensils, bread, pickles, onions, and our house BBQ sauce — so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • 1 Meat Plate with 2 Sides — $20 per person

  • 2 Meat Plate with 2 Sides — $24 per person

What’s the minimum for catering?

Our catering minimum is 25 people. For smaller groups, you’re welcome to preorder directly through our website.

What’s included with catering?

Each guest receives:

  • ¼ lb of each selected meat

  • 4 oz of each selected side

  • House BBQ sauce, pickles, onions, and bread

All catering orders include paper plates and plasticware, except for full-service catering, where these items are provided by the customer.

How far in advance should I book?

Our catering calendar fills up quickly. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Holidays and peak wedding months book especially fast, so reserving your date early is highly encouraged.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit will be issued as a credit toward a future event. Deposits are non-refundable.
